Leftovers

I probably slept through most of my classes back in the dayz, but one thing I remebered from my environmental class is "Use what you got!" Not I only remembered it very well, I was also able to put the concept to use in my day off work. Here is my "Leftover Turkey Melt"

Thats a great lovely dish Will made, I am thinking Will should go for culinary school instead to be an architect. Then I dont need to cook anymore, and I would still have delicious foods to eat, muhahahaha.........

Same here. Leftover is so handy and time saver. You only cook one meal(dinner) a day and then use leftover for next day's lunch.

Well, no need to cook breakfast except her birthday and Valentine's Day....

yeah, Will you are right, we all have to try to get slimmer before we visit Taiwan.
Otherwise it's time to shop for new/larger size clothes!!

Culinary School???
I guess I could, but does that means you going to get a job and make money while im back to shcool? haha, sounds good.

To 丹尼蘇:
I only do one meal at the time. Definely no repeat meals in the same day. But breakfast is a must since Mom said "breakfast is the most important meal of the day!" wahahaha

To Sunny:
I'm just talking about me and Janice to get slimmer. I'm sure you are slim enough and one size bigger should not be a big deal because God loves us all no matter what size you are. hehe

To Aiwen:
Carrots are great man, I don't know what you talking about. It makes my turkey melts a balanced meal. wahahaha................I used to hate carrots too, but I guess I am used to the american diet now. I like baby carrots more than the regular carrots.

uh....
my mom always told me she doesn't like me going back to taiwan because i spend money on eating and get fat, and have to ask her for more money to buy new clothes..

but it's really hard to say NO to all the delicious food in taiwan!!

Haha, I think both Janice and I will face the same problem when we went back. But consider that we only go back once every 14 years, I think we can indulge ourselves a bit......
